DAVE SLESWICK (DIRECTOR)

Dave Sleswick is a Producer, Performance Maker and Actor based in Brisbane, Australia. He is a graduate from the Queensland University of Technology majoring in Drama and Business and is the founder and director of Motherboard Productions (Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra).

Over the past 8 years, Dave has worked in a variety of creative and managerial capacities with companies such as The Danger Ensemble, Little Dove Theatre Art, Red Moon Rising, Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre, Anne Bogart's SITI Company (New York), Polyglot Puppet Theatre, Queensland Arts Council, Columbia University (New York), New York International Fringe Festival, Daniel Santangeli and Gen Trace, English Schools Foundation (Hong Kong) and Actor's Theatre of Louisville (KT, USA). Dave was the General Manager of Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre (2006-2007)

and is currently a Producer for Little Dove Theatre Art, Red Moon Rising and inter-disciplinary artist Jeremy Neideck.

Dave has extensive training in various acting methodologies including Mesiner Technique, The Suzuki Method of Actor Training and The Viewpoints.
